By placing an order with Hawksbill Peak Farms, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

Hawksbill Peak Farms is a family-owned business offering pasture-raised, grain-finished beef, sold directly to consumers. All products are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

We ship orders on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Orders placed after a shipping date will be processed for the next scheduled shipment.

Shipping Rates:

  • East Coast – $45

  • Mid-Central U.S. – $65

  • West Coast – $100

We currently ship to the continental U.S.

  • Bulk beef shares are only available for East Coast shipping.

  • Bundles and by-the-cut orders can be shipped to all 50 states.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged, thawed, or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We stand behind our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction and will gladly resend your order at no additional cost.

4. Bulk Share Deposits

Deposits for 1/4 or 1/2 beef shares are non-refundable and non-transferable. These shares are custom-raised and reserved specifically for your household.

5. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure all pricing, product details, and information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information submitted during checkout will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
