Our Cattle
Right here on our multigenerational family farm in the Blue Ridge foothills of Virginia. Every animal is born, raised, and cared for by us—no outsourcing, no shortcuts. When we say “farm to table,” we mean it.
How are your cattle fed and finished?
Our cattle graze pasture for most of their lives, then we finish them with a thoughtfully crafted feed blend that supports their health—and yours. That includes locally grown hay, silage, and grain. This carefully balanced diet is whole-nutrition finished—designed to enhance marbling, tenderness, and flavor the natural way. No buckets of corn, no fillers—just a balanced, farm-developed ration rooted in both tradition and science.
Are your cattle given growth hormones or implants?
No added hormones. No routine antibiotics. Just clean, honest beef raised the way it should be—with respect for the animal, the land, and your family’s health.
Our Beef
How is the beef processed and packaged?
Every animal is processed at a small, USDA-inspected facility we trust. Cuts are vacuum-sealed, labeled, and flash-frozen to lock in freshness. From steaks to ground beef, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting—no mystery, no filler, just clean cuts from a farm that stands behind them.
What is the difference between Wagyu x Angus and Angus beef?
Both are exceptional—but our Wagyu × Angus has higher marbling and a more buttery, tender bite thanks to its Japanese Akaushi bloodline. Our Angus is rich, hearty, and classic. Either way, you’re getting beef raised with care and intention.
Because we work with small processors who don’t officially grade, we don’t use USDA labels—but our beef is on par with Prime. You’ll taste and see the quality in every cut. Around here, we let the flavor speak for itself.

How much freezer space will I need for bulk beef?
It depends on the size of the share you choose:
⅛ Beef Share: ~45–60 lbs — fits in a standard kitchen freezer (3–4 cubic feet)
¼ Beef Share: ~100–130 lbs — needs about 4–5 cubic feet (small chest freezer)
½ Beef Share: ~200–250 lbs — requires 7–8 cubic feet
Whole Beef: ~400–500 lbs — plan on 14–16 cubic feet (large chest freezer or upright)
As a rule of thumb, you’ll need about 1 cubic foot of freezer space per 30–35 pounds of beef. If you’re not sure how much room you have, reach out—we’re happy to help you figure it out before you commit.
Each order is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with care in insulated boxes with ice packs. Whether you’re down the road or a few states away, we make sure it arrives just as fresh as when we packed it.
Can I have my beef delivered straight to my address?
Yes ma’am (or sir)—we deliver straight to your door. Whether you’re a few miles down the road or a couple states away, we pack each order with plenty of insulation and ice to keep it safe and frozen until it reaches your hands.
Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?
Nope. Our boxes are packed to hold temp for several hours after delivery, even in summer heat. That said, we always recommend grabbing it as soon as you can to get it tucked into the freezer. We’ll also send tracking info so you can keep an eye out.
Because you’re not just buying beef—you’re backing a way of life. You’re choosing traceability over mystery meat, stewardship over mass production, and flavor over filler. You know your farmer here. And we’re honored to feed your family like we feed our own.
